The “Plumfield” in our website name comes from one of our favorite authors: Louisa May Alcott and her holistic school for boys in Little Men called Plumfield. While most readers are most familiar with Alcott’s most popular book, Little Women, many Alcott fans agree that Little Men, while less popular, is one of her best books.
