Is Eagle Feather brave enough to make the long journey home on his own?
Eagle Feather was pretending to drive his cousin Crook Nook's truck when a terrible thing happened. The brake slipped. The truck began to roll downhill. Then it crashed into a tree. Now Eagle Feather must work for Crook Nose all summer long to pay for the repairs. He is lonely far away from his family, and the work is hard. Worst of all, Crook Nook is mean and stingy. Finally, Eagle Feather can't bear it any longer and runs away. Can he make his escape before Crook Nose catches up with him?
