Theodore Taylor III

Theodore Taylor III is the illustrator of many children's books, including Buzzing with Questions and C Is for Country by Lil Nas X. He received the Coretta Scott King John Steptoe New Talent Award and the Texas Bluebonnet Award for When the Beat Was Born by Laban Carrick Hill. Theodore lives in Richmond, Virginia, with his partner Sarah and son Theo, in a house with a diverse collection of house plants. He also likes to photograph Sarah's garden in their backyard.
