Nadia L. Hohn
The daughter of Jamaican immigrants, Nadia L. Hohn is a performer, teacher, and award-winning author. Nadia's first picture book, Malaika's Costume, was named by School Library Journal as one of The Best Picture Books of 2016 and won the Elementary Teachers' Federation of Ontario Children's Literature Award. She is also the author of two non-fiction titles, Music and Media, published as part of the Sankofa series, which won the Moonbeam Children's Book Award for Multicultural Non-Fiction. Nadia lives in Toronto, Ontario.
