Deborah Freedman

Deborah Freedman has a lot of questions. She watches the creatures in her backyard and wonders, what are they doing and why? The mouse, rabbit, fox, and squirrel have all visited her home in Connecticut, where she loves to plant things and watch them grow—with the aid, of course, of hardworking earthworms.

Deborah is the author and illustrator of seven picture books for readers of all ages.
