Anita Yasuda

Anita Yasuda writes books for young readers from her garden studio in the rolling hills of Ontario. She is a former Montessori teacher who lived in Japan for many years. In addition to writing, Anita hikes daily with her dog, always looking up. Up, Up, Ever Up! Junko Tabei: A Life in the Mountains is her debut picture book.
